"Finding customer services is increasingly hard to find these days. With my dad currently ill in the hospital and my mom assisting with his care, I needed to talk to State Farm regarding the roof coverage of my parents' home and other insurance policies. Across two separate occasions, I was assisted by three team members: Amanda Villarreal, Areli Sanchez, and Kassie Gonzales. They were all very welcoming right from the start. I had numerous questions, and they sat with me with so much patience and they made sure I understood everything without ever making me feel rushed. They worked perfectly as a team, and it showed they genuinely cared about the customer. Just as my parents have done, I will happily continue doing business with them."
